Description:

  • Seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with experience in Mobility, focused on Network Optimization and Planning.
  • Responsible for ensuring optimal performance, capacity, and quality of service across mobile networks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in mobile network engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of LTE and/or 5G technologies.
  • Experience with mobility parameters (handover, load balancing, neighbor relations).
  • Familiarity with network optimization tools and performance monitoring systems.
  • Understanding of RF principles and experience analyzing KPIs and performance data.
