Description:

  • Provide enterprise-level support for AppGate's Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solution.
  • Collaborate with customers' IT teams and internal teams to ensure effective deployment and troubleshooting of the security solution.

Requirements:

  • Experience in configuring and managing complex networks, including IP addressing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
  • At least five years of technical support or network engineering experience, with two years in an escalation (L3) role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Hands-on experience with network security platforms and VPN technologies.
