Description:

  • Join Wifinity as a Network Operations Engineer L2, part of the Network Operations Centre (NOC).
  • Provide 24/7 support for multiple UK-wide networks, ensuring outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • CCNA or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a network operations centre within the ISP/Telecoms industry.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, including switching, routing (OSPF, BGP), and firewalls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a desire to learn new technologies.
