Remote Network Operations Engineer

• Shift: Rotational 24x7 NOC Operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in NOC or Network Support roles.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and related protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Logic Monitor, SolarWinds).
• Proficient in troubleshooting Switching & Routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
• Familiarity with Cisco products and security products (Palo Alto/Fortinet).
• Understanding of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSA preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
