Remote Network & Security Support Engineer

Description:

• Remote position for a Network & Security Support Engineer with a focus on night shifts in UK hours.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in network & security support roles.
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned support processes and ServiceNow for incident management.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN deployment, particularly VMware VeloCloud and Silver Peak.
• Strong knowledge of network security technologies (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Zscaler, etc.) and advanced routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS).
• Experience managing ISP circuits and troubleshooting WAN connectivity issues.
• Proficiency with Infoblox DDI solutions and network monitoring tools.
• Experience with load balancing technologies (preferably F5) and Cisco networking technologies.
• Ability to work independently, pay attention to detail, and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
