Description:

  • Seeking IT professionals for onboarding and security tool deployment in client transitions and managed services rollouts.
  • Focus on environment discovery, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an MSP environment.
  • Hands-on experience with deploying EDR, SIEM, MFA, MDM, antivirus, and access control solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and basic to intermediate knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with RMM tools (Datto, Kaseya) and PSA tools (ConnectWise).
  • Strong communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
