Description:
- Join Vibe.co as an AI Operations Lead to enhance internal operations through AI and automation.
- Report to the Chief People Officer and collaborate with the executive team to build tools for recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in shipping internal tools or automations for non-technical users.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, APIs, and modern AI tools (e.g., n8n, OpenAI).
- Strong process judgment and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
