Description:

  • Lead the people analytics function at Harvey, building it from scratch and setting long-term direction for workforce data.
  • Create a cohesive view of the employee lifecycle, connecting various HR processes into actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in people analytics or HR data, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong SQL and dbt skills, with hands-on experience in cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with Workday and ATS systems, and ability to mentor teams on data practices.
