Description:
Our client is building a governance, privacy, and AI compliance platform for regulated organizations.
They already have a working MVP and are now scaling into production pilot deployments and an enterprise-ready phase.
They are looking for a full-stack engineer who can own product UI delivery, including dashboards and workflows.
The engineer should also be strong in APIs, data, and cloud fundamentals to contribute to platform hardening, integrations, and upcoming migrations.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining the web app with React dashboards, delivering high-quality UX, implementing interactive data experiences, integrating with REST APIs, contributing to API design patterns, building integration-heavy workflows, supporting platform hardening, contributing to data layer evolution and migration planning, supporting cloud migration readiness, and assisting with edge/security tooling.
Requirements:
Strong React experience shipping SaaS product UI, including dashboards and workflows, using modern hooks patterns.
Strong JavaScript (ES6+) skills and professional engineering practices, including Git, PRs, and reviews.
Confidence in integrating REST APIs in production, including auth patterns (JWT/OAuth-style), robust loading/error states, retries/timeouts, defensive programming, and edge case handling.
Solid UI engineering capability, including componentization, responsive CSS, UI consistency, and polish.
Good backend fundamentals, including the ability to read/write server code, reason about data models, and collaborate on API contracts.
5–8+ years of engineering experience or equivalent capability, with a history of shipping production SaaS UI and handling integration-heavy work.
Comfort with making pragmatic architecture decisions and improving an existing codebase.
Benefits:
Opportunity to take ownership of core UI surfaces and ship meaningful dashboard/workflow improvements.
Chance to improve API integration quality, including error handling, data transformations, and reliability patterns.
Ability to contribute to an enterprise readiness plan, focusing on API consistency, security basics, and operational hardening.
Involvement in shaping the migration path for the data layer from MongoDB to PostgreSQL and cloud readiness priorities.
