Remote Power BI Analyst - Work from home

Description:

• Develop, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reports for decision-making in the mining and construction sector.
• Collaborate with Australian-based stakeholders to understand reporting needs and enhance data quality.
• Extract, transform, and prepare data from multiple systems for reporting and analysis.
• Create and optimize DAX measures and Power Query transformations.
• Monitor report performance and maintain dashboards.
• Investigate data discrepancies and support consistent reporting standards.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Power BI development, business intelligence, or data analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and reporting quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in an offshore support model aligned to Australian business hours.
