Remote Power BI Data Lead - Work from home

Description:

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of Power BI reporting and data solutions in the mining and construction sector.
• Collaborate with Australian-based stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable reporting for decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data solutions.
• Establish consistent standards for Power BI development and documentation.
• Optimize data models, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and SQL queries.
• Monitor report performance and investigate data issues.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience in leading BI projects and establishing reporting standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
