Remote Power BI Lead

Description:

• Serve as the technical and architectural authority for BI reporting across MCP/LOS.
• Design and manage the Power BI semantic layer, ensuring data model governance and mentoring analysts.

Requirements:

• Advanced Power BI Desktop skills, including complex data models and DirectQuery.
• Proficiency in DAX for time intelligence, iterators, and dynamic measures.
• Strong SQL skills for query optimization and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and Power BI Service administration.
• Experience in the mortgage/lending industry and designing executive dashboards.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements and present to executives.
