Description:

  • Senior leadership role responsible for driving growth of MCA’s Customer Engagement (CE) practice.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor and solution strategist to executive stakeholders, focusing on next-generation customer engagement capabilities.
  • Involves end-to-end sales lifecycle management, from client engagement to solution design and proposal development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing multi-million-dollar consulting engagements and enterprise transformation programs.
  • Strong background in architecting solutions using Microsoft technologies like Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Ability to develop high-quality proposals and executive presentations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-suite executives.
