Remote Principal AI Engineer

Description:

• Seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead a distributed team in developing AI-integrated software solutions.
• Responsible for architectural oversight, system design, and AI strategy, mentoring developers, and improving delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on technical leadership.
• 2+ years of experience with AI/ML models in production.
• Strong background in backend or full-stack technologies (Python).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GH Copilot).
• Strong system design and task decomposition skills.
• Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Exposure to AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT).
• Experience with domain-driven design or micro-services architecture.
• Familiarity with vector/graph databases and LLM infrastructure.
