Description:

  • Lead the technical direction of the CRM & Industry Workflows at ServiceNow, focusing on agentic AI solutions.
  • Engage directly with customers to analyze business needs, design solutions, and deploy them into production.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in customer-facing solution delivery, architecting, and deploying AI solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI and applied machine learning, including system design and integration.
  • Strong communication skills for customer engagement and technical leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; 15+ years of experience required.
