Description:

  • Capital Technology Group (CTG) seeks a Principal Data Engineer to support high-impact civic tech within the federal government.
  • The role involves leading a team in evaluating new technologies, mentoring junior members, and implementing scalable data solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with strong expertise in Databricks, AWS, dbt, SQL (PostgreSQL), Python, and Java.
  • Proven leadership experience and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical topics to diverse audiences.
