Description:

  • Steer is seeking a Principal Engineer, Agentic AI to join their Core Platform Team, focusing on advancing their CRM platform.
  • The role involves architecting systems around autonomous, AI-driven workflows and leading product development from vision to launch.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in building complex, web-based SaaS products.
  • Hands-on experience with AI & LLM integration, deploying AI-powered features, and integrating AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to Steer’s mission.
  • Familiarity with .NET, Node.js (TypeScript), React, and Infrastructure as Code is a plus.
