Responsibilities include overseeing the entire AI bot project from planning, implementation, maintenance, and tuning, designing and implementing AI agent architectures, building frameworks for AI agents to interact with various tools, creating mechanisms for effective human-AI collaboration, optimizing agent performance, building monitoring and evaluation systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with the latest research in AI agent technology.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience building AI/ML systems, with a proven track record of building production-grade AI applications, preferably in autonomous agents.
Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and Java, are necessary.
Practical experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, Deepseek), prompt engineering, MCP, RAG, etc., is required.
An understanding of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, and decision-making systems is essential.
Familiarity with tools, APIs, and infrastructure needed for agent deployment is needed.
Experience with workflow orchestration and system design is required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills are necessary.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential.
