Remote Principal Engineer,SQL Database

Description:

• Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of normalized data architectures across SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments.
• Collaborate with Software Architects and engineering teams to align data architecture with application and integration designs.

Requirements:

• 11+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Database Design.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience in database normalization, schema design, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements including SOC2 and RBAC.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
