Description:

  • Steer offers a suite of software tools for automotive repair shops, combining essential tools into a user-friendly platform.
  • The Principal Full Stack Engineer will lead the development of the CRM platform, focusing on innovative, AI-driven solutions and architectural design.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in building complex web-based SaaS products.
  • Hands-on experience with AI & LLM integration, deploying AI features in production, and integrating AI into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases, with a strong ownership mindset and exceptional communication skills.
  • Familiarity with .NET, Node.js (TypeScript), and React is a plus.
