Description:

  • Principal Software Engineer responsible for setting technical direction and hands-on development in a global volunteer engagement platform.
  • Collaborate across product squads to design architecture, unblock delivery, and ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable systems.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in software engineering, with experience as a staff/principal engineer or architect in a SaaS company.
  • Deep expertise in backend engineering with Laravel (10+), PHP (8+), SQL, and RESTful APIs; strong frontend experience with React/Next.js.
  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, event-driven architectures, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a product-minded approach.
