Remote Principal HPC Network Engineer (remote in the EU)

Description:

• Seeking a Senior HPC Networking Engineer to design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot high-performance networking environments.
• Focus on InfiniBand technologies and Fortinet solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of HPC infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, particularly in HPC or data center environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with InfiniBand technologies and solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLANs).
• Proven experience with Fortinet solutions and network performance analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Linux systems and scripting (Bash, Python).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Experience with large-scale HPC clusters, RDMA, MPI, and certifications (FCSS/FCNSP, CCNP/CCIE).
