Description:

Lead the technical evolution of customer-facing AI agents, ensuring intuitive and reliable interactions.
Spearhead the development of "Super Agents" for complex multi-agent systems.
Design and implement frameworks for automating complex business workflows.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to create scalable solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AI/ML best practices and agent orchestration.

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in architecting and developing scalable enterprise-level services.
Deep expertise in large-scale distributed enterprise applications and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Strong understanding of agent orchestration patterns and automated workflow design.
Proficiency in modern backend stacks (Java, Node.js, Python, Golang) and scalable database technologies.
Experience with cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) and excellent communication skills.
Startup or high-growth environment experience is highly desirable.
