Description:

  • Lead the technical vision and architecture for Docker's internal Developer Tools team.
  • Design and build the internal developer platform, CI/CD systems, and AI-powered tools to enhance software development workflows.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in Staff or Principal Engineer roles.
  • Proven expertise in CI/CD systems, cloud-native infrastructure, and developer tooling stack.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Go, Rust, Java, or Python.
