Description:

Seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer to lead technical direction and architecture for the Marketing Technology team.
Responsible for the technical ownership of the global web platform and Agentic AI systems to enhance customer experience and marketing operations.

Requirements:

8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a Tech Lead or Principal Engineer role.
Hands-on experience with autonomous AI agents and LLM workflows in production.
Expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js), and backend services (Node.js, Python).
Strong understanding of web systems, cloud infrastructure, and modern rendering paradigms.
Excellent collaboration skills with engineering management and marketing stakeholders.

Competitive salary range of $155,000 - $197,000 plus variable compensation.
