Remote Principal Software Engineer

Description:

• Lead the design and development of core data systems for a scalable AI workflow automation platform in healthcare.
• Focus on building foundational infrastructure for managing complex workflows, system state, and historical data.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in data architecture for large-scale production systems.
• Expertise in relational databases, distributed systems, and evolving schemas in regulated domains.
• Proficient in Python with strong reliability instincts, including observability and testing.
• Experience in handling mission-critical incidents and operating in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare, fintech, or infrastructure environments, and familiarity with applied AI systems.
