Description:
- Lead LinkedIn’s GPU-Based Retrieval Platform, a key AI infrastructure stack for candidate generation and retrieval across various products.
- Own the platform’s technical direction and architecture, focusing on large-scale indexing, retrieval, and GPU optimization.
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent; 10+ years of software design and development experience.
- 5+ years in a technical leadership role; experience with large-scale databases, distributed systems, and coding in Java, C++, or Rust.
- Preferred: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science; 15+ years of software engineering experience; hands-on experience with CUDA, Triton, and GPU optimization techniques.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $207,000 to $340,000, based on experience and location.
