Remote Principal Support Engineer - Network

Description:

• Serve as the senior domain authority on network security at Reach Security.
• Advise field teams, guide customers through complex problems, and troubleshoot integrations with existing network-security products.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network security, including firewalls and network traffic analysis.
• Expertise in enterprise firewall ecosystems (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network protocols, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with cloud network security and multi-site environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a BS/MS in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
