Description:

  • Seeking a Principal System Architect for SAP SuccessFactors to lead HR transformation and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Responsible for designing scalable SAP solutions, driving technology strategy, and ensuring architectural governance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and at least 8 implementations.
  • Deep technical experience in SAP application engineering and cloud-based application development.
  • Experience in HR transformation projects and knowledge of various SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote position with company-sponsored benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k).
  • Salary range: $180,000 - $230,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible).
