Description:

Lead and manage diverse projects in Software Systems Engineering for medical devices.
Serve as the primary technical interface for clients, ensuring compliance and safety in product development.
Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to define system intent and regulatory pathways.
Mentor engineers in Software Testing and documentation.
Drive process innovation and risk management throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Software, Electrical, Biomedical, or Computer Engineering (or related discipline).
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Systems Engineering, particularly in medical device development.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of identifying project risks and clear communication with stakeholders.
Deep understanding of design controls, software lifecycle, and automated Scrum processes.
Desirable skills include proficiency in Python or C/C++, experience with Machine Learning, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $205,000 annually, bonus eligible.
