As a Principal Implementation Architect, you will be the technical lead responsible for building and delivering technical implementations after the sale.
You will transform scoped requirements into a migration plan, including document management systems like Google Drive, SharePoint, and Dropbox.
Your role involves building a team to support technical migrations and collaborating closely with Engineering, Implementation Managers, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Responsibilities include scoping, building, and delivering technical migrations, creating lightweight tooling for migrations, developing a repeatable migration playbook, and serving as the technical escalation point for post-sale challenges.
Requirements:
You must have 3+ years of experience in a technical implementation, integrations, or solutions delivery role.
You should be comfortable working with REST APIs, JSON, and modern web technologies.
Experience with migration from document management platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and SharePoint is required.
You need to have experience migrating from various accounting and practice management systems, including CCH, Wolters Kluwer, Intuit, Xero, Sage, and IRIS.
Familiarity with middleware tools like Make.com, Zapier, and Tray.io is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
You must be able to work cross-functionally with Customer Success Managers, Engineers, and customer stakeholders.
