  • A solid understanding of computer architecture and configuration is necessary.

  • An understanding of technology tradeoffs and a pragmatic approach to problem solving is essential.
  • You should be capable of mentoring and guiding engineers across the team, providing leadership in Rust development practices, code reviews, and architecture.
