Description:

• Lead operations for customs brokerage, logistics, warehousing, and freight forwarding to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
• Manage and supervise all departments including operations, sales, finance, compliance, and customer service.
• Design and implement processes and KPIs to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor ISO standards and quality management initiatives; drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for operational needs.
• Coach and develop the operations team and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Engage with clients and industry partners; represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Customs Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in customs brokerage, logistics, freight forwarding, FMCG, or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing multidepartment teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Applications.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Age requirement: 30 - 40 years old.
