  • Candidates should be excited about using AI tools to amplify their impact and possess excellent async communication skills.
  • A commitment to agile values is essential.
  • A B.A. or B.S. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent career experience is required.
  • Nice-to-haves include experience with JVM languages (Scala, Java, Kotlin), payment systems or FinTech background, React/Next.js experience, and experience building APIs.
