The role involves moving $62 billion annually with confidence and collaborating with a cross-functional team of product managers, UX designers, customer excellence agents, and engineers.
The position requires a time breakdown of 50% backend development, 20% frontend development, and 30% collaboration.
In the first year, the engineer will work on Dashboard modernization, AI-powered support agents, and advanced reconciliation tools.

Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience building production software.
Experience with strongly typed languages and/or functional programming is required.
Solid JavaScript fundamentals or the ability to quickly learn is necessary.
Candidates should be excited about using AI tools to amplify their impact and possess excellent async communication skills.
A commitment to agile values is essential.
A B.A. or B.S. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent career experience is required.
Nice-to-haves include experience with JVM languages (Scala, Java, Kotlin), payment systems or FinTech background, React/Next.js experience, and experience building APIs.
