Description:
- Join HighLevel as a Product Solution Engineer I to enhance customer experiences and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years in Technical Support, Product Support, or Solutions Engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with APIs, SQL, and web technologies.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
