Description:

  • Subject Matter Expert on Netomi’s offerings from Product, Technical, and Business perspectives.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Product Offering and manage multiple projects in a customer-facing role.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in administrative roles and technical support, specializing in Zendesk and API integrations.
  • Proficient in Java and HTML, with a strong background in technical support roles.
  • Familiarity with start-up environments and ability to adapt to dynamic work settings.
  • Experience with tools like Postman, Datadog, and Workato.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Java, MySQL, and agent desk tools like Salesforce/Zendesk/Genesys.
  • Ability to write custom scripts and code snippets to automate support tasks.
  • Experience in mentoring and training new hires.
