- Subject Matter Expert on Netomi’s offerings from Product, Technical, and Business perspectives.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Product Offering and manage multiple projects in a customer-facing role.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in administrative roles and technical support, specializing in Zendesk and API integrations.
- Proficient in Java and HTML; strong troubleshooting skills in Java and MySQL.
- Familiarity with tools like Postman, Datadog, and Workato.
- Ability to write custom scripts and code snippets for automation.
- Experience in mentoring and training new hires in processes, products, and technology.
