Description:

  • Lead client engagements from scoping to delivery on a data operations platform.
  • Own operational execution and quality outcomes across multiple complex projects.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data labeling, RLHF/SFT, or AI evaluation delivery.
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage expectations and deliver bad news.
  • Proficient in data analysis using SQL or Python is a plus.
  • Valid US or Canadian work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.
