Description:

  • Lead a team in the technical migration process to transition templates to LLM autoraters.
  • Utilize advanced prompt engineering techniques to optimize model performance and enhance AI systems.

Requirements:

  • Native fluency in English.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science).
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Prompt Engineer with expertise in tuning LLMs.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and using SQL or other analytics tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
