Remote Project Lion - Senior Prompt Engineer - Germany (Remote, Part-Time)

Description:

• Responsible for end-to-end technical migration workflow for transitioning templates to LLM autoraters.
• Utilize internal tools and prompt engineering techniques to maximize model performance.

Requirements:

• Native fluency in German and fluent in English.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, HCI, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• At least 4 years' experience as a Prompt Engineer with expertise in tuning LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and using SQL or other analytics tools.
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary tools with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
