Remote Prompt Engineer

Description:

• Blueground is seeking a Prompt Engineer to join their AI Team to develop an inbound sales chatbot named Jarvis.
• Jarvis, written in Python using the LangChain framework, has handled over half a million sales inquiries, assisting prospective guests with various topics such as pricing, availability, and property recommendations.
• The project has evolved through a data-driven approach over the past two years.
• The role involves composing prompts, chains, and graphs to create an advanced LLM-based agent using technologies like Python, Flask, LangChain, LangSmith, and PostgreSQL.
• The team is small, agile, and customer-obsessed, focusing on the details of the sales process and engineering across multiple technologies.
• The interview process includes dialogues with the Talent Acquisition Team, live coding, technical discussions, and system design evaluations.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Professional experience with at least two different modern programming languages or paradigms is required.
• A strong background in computer science is essential.
• A hands-on attitude and strong skills in Python are necessary.
• Candidates should have a solid background in databases and excellent communication skills in English.
• A BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• A full-stack approach is considered a bonus.
