Description:
- Join Prospera AI to develop Sophie, a multi-agent AI orchestrator for wealth management advisors.
- Be the first dedicated engineering hire, working with the CTO to scale the platform from prototype to enterprise-ready.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of production Python experience, including async patterns and type hints.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and production API development (FastAPI or similar).
- Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and multi-step LLM workflows.
- Experience with RAG systems and vector databases is a plus.
