Description:
- Seeking a highly experienced software engineer (SR+) to evaluate interactions with AI coding agents like OpenAI Codex and Claude Code.
- Focus on assessing the quality of AI-generated coding interactions, emphasizing engineering judgment and user experience.
Requirements:
- Staff/Principal-level engineer or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor.
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows.
- Ability to evaluate code without executing or deeply reviewing every line.
- Comfortable providing direct, opinionated feedback.
- High standards for what constitutes good engineering.
