Description:
- Lead the technical direction and implementation of projects from conceptualization to deployment.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to influence product strategy and direction.
- Mentor Senior Engineers and support the growth of technical capabilities within the team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of web development experience with proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Docker.
- Working knowledge of frontend technologies (JS, CSS, HTML) and familiarity with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and leading teams, with strong architectural design skills.
- High-level English proficiency for global team interaction.
