Remote QA Engineer

• We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our AI-powered healthcare platform.
• The QA Engineer will be responsible for testing critical user flows, validating AI diagnostic outputs, and maintaining high standards for our patients and clinicians.
• This role is crucial as bugs in healthcare software can impact real medical decisions.
• The QA Engineer will build comprehensive test strategies that cover web, mobile, telehealth integrations, and AI model outputs to ensure every release meets our quality bar.
• Responsibilities include owning end-to-end testing for web and mobile applications, developing and maintaining automated test suites, testing AI diagnostic outputs, validating integrations with third-party systems, creating and executing test plans, identifying and tracking bugs, building testing frameworks, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and monitoring production systems.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of QA engineering experience, ideally with web and mobile applications.
• A strong foundation in both manual and automated testing methodologies is required.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar is necessary.
• Candidates should be comfortable testing APIs and backend systems, not just user interfaces.
• Attention to detail with excellent documentation and communication skills is essential.
• The ability to think critically about edge cases and potential failure modes is required.
• Candidates must be collaborative team players who can work effectively with engineers, designers, and product managers.
• A passion for quality and user experience in high-stakes environments is important.
