Description:

Neuroscale AI is developing an AI recruiting and talent intelligence platform, ARBI, and an AI-powered career readiness tool, Athena.
The Senior QA Engineer will lead quality assurance, testing strategy, product validation, and release readiness for both platforms.

Requirements:

Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Software Test Engineering, particularly with SaaS web products and AI-enabled applications.
Strong manual QA skills and hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
Proficiency in backend technologies such as Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, and database systems like PostgreSQL.
Ability to work in a startup environment with high ownership and mentoring responsibilities.
Willingness to relocate to Northern VA / Washington, DC area or work during Eastern Time business hours if remote.
