Description:
- Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for ensuring customer experience by identifying and resolving software issues before they affect users.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and customer teams to design test strategies, execute tests, and validate product quality.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, .NET, C#, MSSQL, React, JavaScript, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium) and programming languages for automated testing (Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, bug tracking tools (Jira or Azure DevOps), and SQL queries.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership of quality, proactive communication, customer empathy, and a curious mindset.
