Description:

• Seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst for a six-month fixed-term contract.
• Focus on enhancing Customer Service reporting in AWS QuickSight and building reusable datasets.
• Responsibilities include improving data quality, reducing manual reporting, and establishing documentation and governance.

Requirements:

• Essential: Experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS QuickSight or similar BI platforms.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into maintainable reporting.
• Self-sufficient with a pragmatic approach to deliver within six months.
• Desirable: Experience with Amazon Athena, creating curated datasets, and improving data quality.
