Description:

• Join Renesas as a Requirements Mgmt Tools DevOps Engineer to enhance development tools for global engineering teams.
• Maintain and optimize requirements management tools (Polarion, 3DS, Jama, R4J) and ensure compliance and scalability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience with requirements management tools and ALM/PLM systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, Javascript, or similar technologies for tool extension.
• Knowledge of aSPICE, ISO 26262, TISAX standards is advantageous.
• Familiarity with automotive, software quality assurance, and safety-critical systems.
• Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
