Description:
- Join Harvey to build data and measurement systems for post-training, benchmarking, and agent capability efforts in legal AI.
- Own synthetic data pipelines, evaluation design, and systems that convert expert feedback into training signals.
Requirements:
- Experience in building data pipelines, ML evaluation systems, or experimentation tooling with strong Python skills.
- A rigorous approach to measurement, including statistical reasoning and experimental design.
- Ability to translate ambiguous goals into structured datasets and measurable criteria.
- Experience with synthetic data, LLM evaluations, or automated raters is a plus.
